Faysal K. Abueljebain
Associate, Entrepreneur Experience
From selling used phones to retailers, to opening up lemonade stands around his block: Faysal K. Abueljebain has always been an entrepreneur growing up in Kuwait. Prior to joining Endeavor, Faysal obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in 2020. During his time there, Faysal competed in start-up pitch competitions, where he was recognized for his story-telling abilities. He also worked at global consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting to learn how to diversify his research capabilities. Before graduating, Faysal took on a Programming role with the Venture Café Foundation – where he developed a passion for pointing entrepreneurs in the right direction during their journey from idea to launch. This is when he realized how a community’s strength relies heavily on its innovators.
Faysal moved to Miami in 2022 to serve as a bridge between entrepreneurs and resources at the Cambridge Innovation Center – where he was a Relationship Manager for clients ranging from healthcare, marketing agencies, real estate, and other industries. Faysal has been following Endeavor’s mission for a long time, and is inspired to return back to his country one day with Endeavor acting as the light house for Arab entrepreneurs around the region. He is with Endeavor today as someone who understands the journey of an entrepreneur, and wants to play a pivotal role in taking Florida entrepreneurial ecosystem to the next level.
Afterwards, Faysal obtained a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College. During his time there, he coached high school students across the US on leadership, teamwork, and prepared them for pitch competitions. He served as a mentor for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship before graduating in 2021. Faysal has always been creative, but took advantage of his inspirational environment to discover a new personal passion in DJ-ing – in addition to his long life passions for futbol, reading, and the outdoors.
