Endeavor ScaleUp is a cohort-based initiative that equips high-growth founders in Florida with the network and resources to gain clarity on their path to scale.
Small, High-Quality Community
Endeavor selects up to 10 companies following its global selection criteria for high-impact entrepreneurs. Through curated and personal exchanges with fellow cohort members, founders get to create new relationships and a meaningful local support system.
Practical Methodology
Endeavor ScaleUp's curriculum is tactical. Founders select mentors to help them navigate challenge areas and identify potential solutions to be implemented immediately with real-time feedback.
Success
Founders receive neutral third-party support from full-time account managers, who hold founders accountable and are committed to their success and well-being.
What does Endeavor ScaleUp look like?
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applicants will submit an application online, be interviewed by Endeavor Staff and take part in a final selection panel.
DIAGNOSTIC XRAY
Founders will take part in 1-1 Kick Off call, Cohort Retreat and Orientation to make the most out of Endeavor ScaleUp.
CONTENT DELIVERY
Founders will undergo 10 weeks of group modules, 1-1 mentorships, peer-to-peer chats and office hours on scaling up.
DEMO DAY
Founders will pitch to the Endeavor community for brand exposure, strategic connections and pitch practice.
