What is EndeavorLAB?
EndeavorLAB is a cohort-based program to support underrepresented founders in Florida in building a foundation for scale.
Small, High-Quality Community
Endeavor selects up to 10 companies following its global selection criteria for high-impact entrepreneurs. Through curated and personal exchanges with fellow cohort members, founders get to create new relationships and a meaningful local support system.
Practical Methodology
EndeavorLAB’s curriculum is tactical. Founders select mentors to help them navigate challenge areas and identify potential solutions to be implemented immediately with real-time feedback.
Dedicated to your Success
Founders receive neutral third-party support from full-time account managers, who hold founders accountable and are committed to their success and well-being.
What does EndeavorLAB look like?
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applicants will submit an application online, for internal review Finalists will be interviewed by Endeavor Staff.
DIAGNOSTIC XRAY
Founders will take part in a Kick Off, Cohort Retreat and Orientation to make the most out of EndeavorLAB.
CONTENT DELIVERY
Participants will take part in 5 weeks of group modules and 1-1 mentorship on taking gearing up for scale.
CLOSING EVENT
Founders will pitch to a panel - primarily investors themselves - for feedback on their companies and pitches.
