Presented by Mastercard, the final EndeavorLAB cohort of the year is focused on successful female entrepreneurs in South Florida.
MIAMI, FL – October 06, 2022 – Endeavor Miami, an affiliate of the global Endeavor organization supporting entrepreneurship, has announced the nine startups selected for their upcoming EndeavorLAB cohort for female-led companies, presented by Mastercard. The final EndeavorLAB cohort of the year will focus on women leading businesses with strong scalability potential seeking to grow in the South Florida market. All entrepreneurs selected for this cohort will receive a scholarship, in part provided by Mastercard, to participate in the program.
“I understand the uniqueness and magnitude of the challenges that come with being a female founder, and I am excited to help these incredible entrepreneurs create long-lasting relationships and scale their companies,” said Claudia Duran, Managing Director of Endeavor Miami. “Our goal is to continue to serve our community and help diverse groups of entrepreneurs achieve success.”
EndeavorLAB is a two-month, audience-specific, accelerated growth program designed to support local early-stage companies in establishing strong business foundations post-revenue generation through network building, practical education, and mentorship sessions. Since its inception in 2019, Endeavor Miami’s Programs have gone on to accelerate 115 companies, which have generated over $207 million in annual revenues in 2022, employed 2,000 people, and raised $240 million.

At the end of the program, participants will showcase their growth to an audience of local community members, investors, and panelists at the program’s closing event on November 29th, 2022.
The cohort consists of founders from different industries and over 50% of participants are of Latin and Hispanic origin.
“At Mastercard, we believe in the power of agile innovation that is born from entrepreneurship,” said Janet Rivera-Hernandez, Vice President of Communications for Mastercard Latin America & Caribbean. “We are thrilled to partner with Endeavor to support game-changing Latina-founded startups. This partnership builds on our global commitment to connect 25 million women entrepreneurs to the digital economy by 2025.
